Our Story
Jillian Magee and Matt Jones opened Old Port Fitness together in 2020. Although our location is new, we have worked together for over 9 years. As co-workers, we spent many hours working on the training floor together, collaborating over mutual clients, attending educational seminars together, and developing a support system for each other as peers, friends and trainers.
We are both very passionate about fitness and recovery, and getting our clients on the right track to feeling healthier, stronger and more mobile. Every year we take trips to attend continuing education seminars and classes to build on our foundational knowledge for training and manual therapy.
