Personal Training
One on one personal training is great for anyone looking for a cutomized experience. Every new client is taken through a movement evaluation on the first visit, which helps the trainer determine a starting point for exercise programming. With every visit, there is a daily check-in and appropriate adjustment to what the client needs for that day (i.e strength, recovery, etc.).
Group Training
Group training is the most cost effective way to train on a regular basis. People who choose this option have a wide variety of classes ranging from strength, to metabolic (cardio) to recovery. Group sizes are no larger than 10 people; so they are small enough to allow for personal attention from the trainer running the class.
