Yoga
This yoga class moves through traditional yoga postures, offering modifications and adjustments along the way. More gentle than a vinyasa class, we hold the postures for several breaths to allow the body and mind to find the comfort and ease available in the shape.

ELDOA Workout
This class focuses on body weight movement and de-coaptation stretches (think self-traction) with a lean towards seasonal summer sports and activites (i.e. golf, tennis, pickle ball).

ELDOA Recovery
ELDOA (or L.O.A.D.S: lengthening of the osteoarticular junctions through decoaptive stretching) is a fascially based workout. Each recovery class is focused around a specfic area, and creating space or stability through increased tension during postures. The recovery class often has a slower pace, goal oriented detailed approach; starting with observing specific areas of joint mechanics and relating those areas back to full body movement. The class finishes with a combination of myofascial and global posture stretching, ending with a targeted ELDOA posture.

Fascial Focus
This recovery class includes everything but the kitchen sink: foam rolling, joint mechanics, general full body movement, breathing, and ELDOA. It’s perfect for people who have a hard time getting in their recovery work, remembering the techniques or just want to learn more about what they can be doing on their own to keep the joints and soft tissue healthy.

Fascial Focus
Fascial focus classes are Jillian’s way to teach body work homework. It combines all the techniques she teaches people to use at home to maintain the body work they recieve from either her or Haley. The class starts with an indepth foam rolling session, teaching specific technique and nuance to help people achieve better form on the roller or when using a lacrosse ball. From there, she builds into creating function for specific areas, and finishes with myofacial and/or global posture stretching.

ELDOA Workout
The difference between ELDOA workout and ELDOA recovery is the pace and the specificity. ELDOA workout goes at a faster pace, focusing on moving circulation, body weight strengthening, myofascial and global posture stretching finishing with ELDOA postures. The workout is a higher intensity than the recovery, with a global approach; whereas Recovery works from specific to global.
